This week has started out at full speed!
I entered my first Screenwriting Competition!
EEEK!!!!
A particular competition popped up in a Screenwriter's network that I am a part of...
and I have a script that fit the criteria...
so I jumped in.
I still cannot believe that I actually did it!
And I can't even say that this is my favourite script that I've written -
because it's not and I criticize myself on how it can be polished a more...
But I did it anyway.
I did it because it scared the heck out of me!
It freaked me out to upload the document and hit SUBMIT!
I want the feedback from industry professionals - I want to know where I've faltered.
I want to grow. #tuesdaytransformation
It's scary putting my words out there.
All put together with a beginning, middle and end.
All packaged up like a little parcel....
that can be gently unwrapped and nurtured
or
torn open to shreds and tossed aside.
Either way, I'm grateful for the journey.
Sometimes I can't believe I'm actually here.
